Soursop (Annona muricata), a prickly green fruit with a creamy texture and strong flavour. It is very common in most tropical regions. This fruit has many nutritional benefits.  Despite these benefits, a poll by Viedial Healthcare shows that many people do not like to eat it.

Soursop can be eaten raw as a fruit. It can be added to fruit salads. It is also very sweet. This makes it a healthy sugar substitute in icecreams, sorbets, baked foods, and desserts.
