The Type 2 Diabetes Prevention Program will guide you to take steps to prevent type 2 diabetes. It will guide you to eat healthier, stay physically active and manage stress.
This program is made up of three components:
- Interactive education with a downloadable e-book and chat
- Two coaching sessions. Each coaching session will last for thirty minutes (30 mins).
- Weekly curated information on steps you need to take to prevent Type 2 Diabetes.
